We LOVE a last minute ‘save the day’ call out…
Those ones where we are needed to swoop on in, and ensure everything goes exactly the right way!
It's our 'month out', even 'week out' planning service - also referred to as "on the day coordination" or "day of planner"
Often, the most organised of DIY brides (yes, even those with colour coded tabs and planning spreadsheets) get to a month out and really start to realise they can't be the coordinator on the day.
Sitting in the spare room full of storage containers and opening yet another Etsy parcel, that's where Andrea realised that whilst she was visualising spending the morning of her wedding enjoying having her hair styled, make up perfected, and the bubbles flowing, reality was looking a lot more like delivering jars and flowers, hammering wedding signage down the driveway & suddenly she was getting far more hung up on fiddling with the placement of table centres than she imagined she ever would!
OMG! What if the cake is late? She woke up at 2am thinking, bugger the cake, what if we need to activate weather plan B, who can quickly pop down and move 50 chairs and my beautiful welcome signs, oh and those floral elements - and who the heck is going to ensure the candles in the lanterns stay lit!
It could be windy!
Andrea was, in her very own words, "freaking out".
After bursting into tears in the company of her florist, the beautiful Lauren of Poppy Culture, Andrea couldn't believe with more than a year of planning, a gorgeous & supportive bridal party & incredibly easy going and helpful hubby to be - her seams really were still starting to come undone.
Luckily for us - she was recommended our way, and we met one of the most beautiful hearted, deserving & loving couples. Andrea & Christian.
A few 'take over' emails, 2 evening phone calls & a face to face over coffee - and Andrea was transformed ... calmed, collated and actually shocking her nearest and dearest with her everything under control demeanour.
On the day, Andrea & Christian's guests arrived to a driveway lined with stunning signage, they enjoyed refreshments in the garden set wedding ceremony (1 hour earlier we were set for plan B - but a last dash as the sun broke through brought plan A back to life) and her custom made signage was positioned perfectly to tell the love story that is "Andrea and Christian"
Post vows & photography session - the reception went off without a hitch, the reality of her romantic rustic barn wedding came true!
The dessert buffet was well received, and guests occupied the dancefloor until the late hours of the night.
The results were simply stunning, and we are sure you'd agree.
So if you're looking for local connection, a team to obsess over the details, keep you on the planning path - or if the bridal party, Aunty Mavis and Mum aren't the ideal set up team - get in touch with the event go to girls!
